Adoption and sustained use
Guidance for organizations rolling out Empatyzer: the first weeks, voluntary and lasting use, remote and hybrid teams, and the soft-skill topics the product covers.
-
How can an organization build voluntary, sustained use of Empatyzer?
Give people a personal reason to use Empatyzer and make the privacy rules explicit: conversations with Em are private, and Empatyzer does not evaluate or monitor employees. People are more likely to come back after it helps in a real conversation than because of reminders.
-
What should a good Empatyzer rollout do in its first weeks?
In its first weeks, a good Empatyzer rollout invites people, gets them through the assessment, explains the privacy rules and has each person prepare at least one real conversation with Em. The aim is a useful first experience, not the highest possible registration count.
-
Can Empatyzer support remote or hybrid teams?
Yes. Empatyzer runs in a web browser, also on a phone, so people in remote and hybrid teams can prepare feedback, 1:1s, difficult messages and other conversations with Em wherever they work, 24/7.
-
What soft-skill topics can Empatyzer support?
Empatyzer covers self-awareness, communication, feedback, 1:1 conversations, delegation, setting expectations, conflict, change communication, motivation, negotiation, onboarding, cultural differences, leadership, coaching, time management and work in diverse teams.
