How should HR explain Empatyzer's developmental purpose to employees?
Explain that Empatyzer is a private development tool for understanding yourself, working better with others and preparing real conversations, not a tool for evaluating, monitoring or ranking employees.
Conversations with Em, the AI coach, are private, and the full assessment belongs to the employee; colleagues see only neutral collaboration guidance, which the employee can turn off. Administrators see names, email addresses and whether each person has completed a questionnaire, survey or task, but not answers or conversations; usage statistics are anonymous, and group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people. Performance and employment decisions stay in the organization’s official HR processes.
