How do I get the best results from Em?
Short answer
Choose the right context first, then tell Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, the real situation, the outcome you need and what makes the conversation difficult. Treat her answer as preparation to refine, not a fixed script.
For a conversation with a colleague, click the two-person icon in the left vertical menu and select the person above the chat; if they are not listed, describe their behavior or paste a message. For a team or department, use the three-person icon. Describe what actually happened rather than your interpretation, then ask follow-up questions: what the other person may hear, which assumptions you are making and how to say the same thing differently.
