Short answer
Yes. After a leadership program ends, Empatyzer’s personalized micro-lessons keep reinforcing relevant skills, two a week and often for 7–18 months, following each participant’s own plan built from their assessment and work environment.
Reading a lesson takes about two minutes and the whole lesson with its quiz question up to five; lesson categories include leadership, feedback, coaching and communication. Quiz questions bring back earlier lessons through active recall, and HR does not need to build a separate follow-up program. To apply the program before a specific conversation, managers ask Em, the AI coach.
