Short answer
Empatyzer’s email about a new micro-lesson contains a short teaser and a link to the lesson, which you read in the app.
Lesson emails come from one organization at a time: the one for which you ticked “Receive email notifications” in the menu under your photo or initials. That way people who belong to several organizations do not get duplicate messages every Tuesday and Thursday. Released lessons stay available in the app even if you do not open the email.
