How does Empatyzer keep optional communication needs private?
Short answer
Empatyzer uses optional communication needs only to adapt its advice to you and does not show them to other users or the organization.
You can voluntarily indicate needs related to disability, the autism spectrum, ADHD or dyslexia by choosing “Go to admin” → “Me” → “Communication needs”, and later change or remove them. They are not a clinical diagnosis and do not become a label visible to your manager or colleagues.
