I have just taken over a new team. How can Empatyzer help me get to know it?
Empatyzer helps you understand a new team before early misunderstandings take root: the team views show what the group has in common and where people differ, and Em helps you prepare your first conversations.
Click the three-person icon and choose the team to open “You compared with the team”, “Similarity Map”, “Personality Types”, “Organizational Culture” and “Motivators”. With the two-person icon you can select a team member who has completed the required part of the assessment and has not turned off advice about themselves to see “Advice”, “Comparison” and “Remember”; “Remember” shows the few simplest rules, usually three, that help most in contact with that person. For anyone else, describe their behavior to Em or paste a message. Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people.
