Microlearning plan, lessons and progress

Why can my Empatyzer microlearning plan change over time?

Short answer

Empatyzer recalculates your microlearning plan when your context changes, for example your department, direct manager, team or the people around you. Lessons that are no longer relevant can disappear, and newly relevant ones can be added.

This keeps the plan matched to your current environment rather than to the situation on the day you registered. You set your department, direct manager, role and project group for each organization in the “Me” panel: on the “Work” tab for work organizations and on the “Private” tab for your personal organization (owners can also use “Your role”). Keeping them up to date helps Empatyzer choose relevant lessons.

Other ways to ask

  • lessons disappeared from my plan
  • new lessons appeared in my plan
  • plan changed after I switched teams
  • why did my lesson list change
