Group motivators
How do I focus Empatyzer’s Motivators view on one department?
Short answer
Click a department in the legend of Empatyzer’s “Motivators” view to filter or highlight that department’s pattern.
You can then see which dominant needs are concentrated in that department and how it differs from the rest of the selected group. To compare departments, start from a group that contains several of them, such as the whole company.
Step by step
- Click the three-person icon in the left vertical menu and select a group above the chat, such as the whole company.
- Open the “Motivators” tab.
- Click a department in the legend: the view filters or highlights that department’s motivators.
