Similarity Map

What do the colors and the extra ring mean on Empatyzer’s Similarity Map?

Short answer

On Empatyzer’s Similarity Map, each color stands for a department, and the dot with an extra ring is you.

Each colored dot is one person, and each person decides whether their name is shown with their dot: hovering over another dot shows that person’s name, surname and department unless they have unticked the visibility checkbox at the bottom of the map. The legend below the map lists the departments with their colors and number of people and, when a department is large enough, its internal similarity percentage. Like all group data, that percentage is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people.
