Why are my Empatyzer profile cards different from a colleague’s?
Short answer
Empatyzer does not show the same thematic cards to everyone: their set and number depend on each person’s profile, so a colleague may see cards that you do not, and the other way round.
This is by design, not an error. The welcome card and the “Your results on charts” card are part of every profile; only the set of thematic cards varies from person to person.
