What do the dot, plus and minus marks mean in my Empatyzer profile?
Short answer
In Empatyzer profile cards, an empty dot marks a neutral description of a trait or mechanism, a plus marks a potential benefit and a minus marks a possible cost, risk or tension.
The marks describe how a characteristic can work in context; they do not grade the person. The same characteristic can help in one role or situation and create difficulty in another, which is why benefits and costs appear side by side.
