  1. Where do I edit my profile details in Empatyzer?

    Click your photo or initials at the top right of Empatyzer, choose “Go to admin”, open “Me” and click “Edit” in the “About you” section.

  2. How do I stop other Empatyzer users from receiving advice about me?

    In Empatyzer's admin panel, open “Me” → “Preferences” and turn on “Do not show other users advice about me”. Other users then no longer receive advice that refers to you.

  3. How do I add communication needs such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia or disability in Empatyzer?

    In Empatyzer's admin panel, open “Me” → “Communication needs” and indicate needs related to disability, the autism spectrum, ADHD or dyslexia. Empatyzer uses this information only to adapt the advice you receive.

  4. What is the difference between “Work” and “Private” in my Empatyzer profile?

    In the “Me” panel of Empatyzer, “Work” holds your details separately for each professional organization, while “Private” holds them for your personal organization. In each you can set your specialization, department, direct manager, join date and project group.

  5. What does the personal Statistics section in my Empatyzer profile show?

    The Statistics section under “Me” in Empatyzer summarizes your own activity across all your organizations, such as the account creation date, number of organizations, invitation links, clicks and questions. It also shows your micro-lesson progress.

  6. Which login methods can I connect to one Empatyzer account?

    One Empatyzer account can have several login methods connected at once: email and password, Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn. You can then sign in with any active method.

  7. How do I change the interface language in Empatyzer?

    Empatyzer's interface language is set in your profile: choose “Go to admin” → “Me”, click “Edit” in the “About you” section and select your preferred language.

  8. How do I delete my Empatyzer account?

    You can delete your Empatyzer account at any time at the bottom of “Me” in the admin panel, and the deletion is irreversible. It is different from leaving an organization or deleting an organization you own.

  9. How do I change my Empatyzer password?

    Change your Empatyzer password in your profile details: choose “Go to admin” → “Me”, go to the “About you” section and use the password change option.
