Personality types in the organization
What are the small gray dots in Empatyzer’s Personality Types view?
Short answer
The small gray dots in Empatyzer’s “Personality Types” view are anonymized people from a comparison sample of several thousand adults, not members of your organization.
Together they form a population map against which you can see yourself, a department and your whole organization. People from your organization appear as colored dots, with colors matching departments. Each colored dot is one person, and each person decides, with the visibility checkbox at the bottom of the view, whether their name is shown with their dot.
