How does Empatyzer take cultural differences into account?

Short answer

Empatyzer includes cultural context in your profile and helps translate psychological and cultural differences into concrete ways of communicating with a specific person or group.

Your profile can include the country where you grew up and the country where you live, which you set in “About you”. Em draws on this context when you prepare a conversation, for example in an international team, and cultural differences are one of the micro-lesson topics. The “Organizational Culture” view is something else: it compares the work culture you would like, the culture people in your team, department or company would like and the culture they report as actually prevailing there.
