I have only a short private window between duties. Is there a useful way to ask Em?

Give Em the essential situation, the person or group involved and the outcome you need, then ask only for what matters most now. If you can select the colleague via the two-person icon (a member of the currently selected organization who has completed the required part of the assessment and has not turned off advice about themselves), the “Remember” tab shows a few, usually three, simplest rules that most help in contact with that person. Em is available around the clock, also on a phone. On a shared ward computer, log out when you finish; after inactivity, Empatyzer logs you out after a five-minute countdown.
