How do I send feedback about Empatyzer?
Short answer
To send feedback about Empatyzer, click your photo or initials in the top right corner and choose “Leave feedback” at the bottom of the menu.
In the app, this is the only route for praise, comments and bug reports; the speech bubble with a question mark in the left menu opens the FAQ, not a feedback form. Complaints and reports about how Empatyzer works can also be sent by email to em@empatyzer.com.
Step by step
- Click your photo or initials in the top right corner.
- Choose “Leave feedback” at the bottom of the menu, below the list of organizations.
- Choose the type of feedback, such as praise or a bug report, and fill in the form.
- Send it: your feedback goes to the Empatyzer team.
