Who created Empatyzer and why?
Short answer
Empatyzer was created by Piotr Golczyk, a manager with nearly twenty years of experience managing people. He wanted practical psychological support to be available at the moment someone prepares a real conversation, not only during training or in a report.
After years of advanced soft-skills training and work with many assessment and development tools, he noticed that even valuable training or a report rarely changes behavior when you have to react quickly with a specific person: there is no time for analysis and no advice tailored to that person and situation. From the start, Empatyzer was meant for everyone in an organization, not only selected managers.
