# Why can’t I see an organization admin feature in Empatyzer?

Empatyzer shows organization management features according to your role: you may not be the owner of that organization, or the owner has not granted you the permission for that action. Membership alone lets you see basic information but not change settings.

First check that you are managing the intended organization: in the admin panel, “Organizations” shows the one you are currently logged into, and “Switch organization” changes it. Owners can grant selected permissions, such as renaming departments, inviting, suspending or removing members, and adding or removing email domains. Some actions, such as deleting the organization, remain with the owner; ask the owner if you need access.
