# Why do Empatyzer users see different admin options?

Admin options in Empatyzer depend on your role in the selected organization: the owner manages it, people with delegated permissions handle specific tasks, and members see basic information without being able to change the configuration.

The owner can delegate, for example, inviting or removing members, renaming departments or adding domains. If you expect an option and cannot see it, check that you are in the right organization and ask its owner about the permission. No role gives access to other people's conversations with Em or their full assessment results.
