# Who is Empatyzer for?

Empatyzer is for everyone in an organization, not only senior leaders: employees, managers and team leaders, HR teams and executives. Each person uses it to understand themselves and others and to prepare conversations with the people they work with.

Managers prepare feedback, 1:1 meetings and difficult conversations; employees understand their own reactions and prepare conversations with their manager or colleagues. HR teams and executives get a picture of the organization from aggregated data, without access to private conversations. It is used in service and technology companies, in hospitals, for example by department heads and nursing managers, and in manufacturing plants, where supervisors and shift leaders get support on their phones, including during night shifts.
