# Where do I manage my organization's plan in Empatyzer?

Open organization management in Empatyzer and choose “Plan”: it shows whether the organization is on Free or Premium and lets you upgrade by choosing the number of seats, the currency and monthly or annual billing.

Before you order, the section shows the price, the scope of the plan and the billing period, with a summary of free seats, new paid seats and the state after the change; card payments are handled by Stripe. Paid plans are offered only to business customers, and a paid plan is assigned to the organization it is bought for. In the same section you can add the Organization DNA report as a one-time purchase, and the section is available to the owner or a person with the relevant permission.

## Steps

1. Click your photo or initials at the top right, expand the organization and choose to manage it.
2. Choose “Plan” in the left menu.
3. Select the number of seats, the currency and monthly or annual billing.
4. Check the summary of free and paid seats, then pay through Stripe to upgrade to Premium.
