# Where can I see my submitted feedback or bug reports in Empatyzer?

Empatyzer keeps your own feedback and bug reports visible in your user panel until the team has processed them. After that, they can disappear from the list.

To open the panel, click your photo or initials and choose “Go to admin”. If you manage an organization, the Reports section of its management panel also lists the feedback and bug reports you have sent until they are handled. A report that is no longer listed has normally been processed; if the problem continues, send a new bug report.
