Use Empatyzer before any conversation at work where the way you say something can affect cooperation, for example raising a missed deadline, announcing a change, clarifying expectations with your manager or repairing a relationship after a conflict.

Preparing feedback or a 1:1 can take just a few minutes, so you can ask Em the evening before or right before the conversation; she is available 24/7. Afterwards, you can return to the same thread to plan the next step. Between conversations, ask Em about your own reactions in “About me” and read two short micro-lessons a week.
