# What views does Empatyzer show for a selected team, department or group?

Empatyzer shows five tabs for a selected group: “You compared with the team”, “Similarity Map”, “Personality Types”, “Organizational Culture” and “Motivators”.

“You compared with the team” shows your position on 18 bipolar dimensions, the “Similarity Map” how similar people are overall and “Personality Types” the mix of eight types. “Organizational Culture” uses four culture types to compare the culture you would like to work in, the culture people in the group would like and the culture they report as actually prevailing, and “Motivators” shows which of the 16 motivators are dominant in the group. On the “Similarity Map”, in “Personality Types” and in “Motivators”, each dot is one person, who decides whether their name is shown. Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people.

## Steps

1. Click the three-person icon in the left vertical menu.
2. Select the team, department, company or project group above the chat.
3. Switch between the five tabs on the right to see position, similarity, types, culture and motivators.
