# What should I do if an Empatyzer screen looks different from the instructions?

First check the message on screen, the organization you have selected and your role, because Empatyzer shows different controls depending on them. If the screen still does not match, report it as a bug through “Leave feedback”.

Note the exact message or the missing control. You can also open the FAQ with the speech bubble icon in the left menu and ask Em where a feature is. A bug report can include technical details and a screenshot of your current screen, which you can untick before sending.

4. If the screen still does not match, click your photo or initials and choose “Leave feedback”.
