# What should a hospital board see in an Empatyzer pilot report?

A pilot report on Empatyzer for the hospital board should show who took part, how quickly people activated, aggregated use of Em and micro-lessons, what staff said about value and privacy, and which agreed measures changed.

The report should also describe the scope, the situations where Empatyzer helped most, lessons from the rollout and what scaling up would require. Conversations with Em and full assessment results stay out of it, because they remain private to each person. If the board wants a picture of the organization itself, the Organization DNA report is a separate, optional one-time purchase based on aggregated group data.
