# What is the difference between Empatyzer’s Tuesday and Thursday micro-lessons?

Empatyzer’s Tuesday lesson is about you: it builds self-awareness and shows how to understand and regulate your own tendencies. The Thursday lesson develops soft skills: communication and cooperation with the people around you.

Together they form two complementary streams instead of two lessons of the same kind each week. Both are chosen for you from your assessment and current environment, and both follow the same short format with a quiz question.
