# What is the Organization DNA report in Empatyzer?

Empatyzer’s Organization DNA report is an optional, one-time report that synthesizes how an organization works: its strengths, tensions, team potential, readiness for change and innovation, and where and how to build effective teams.

It is built from aggregated group data, not from private Em conversations or individual raw results, and it gives no one access to those. An organization owner, or someone with the relevant permissions, can add it as a one-time purchase in the “Plan” section of organization management. Unlike the everyday group views, it brings the patterns together in one picture of the whole organization.
