# What does the wave-shaped Em symbol in the Empatyzer logo mean?

The wave-shaped mark resembles the letter M; it is Em’s symbol and part of the Empatyzer logo. The wave refers to being “on the same wavelength” with another person.

The image of being on the same wavelength, meaning better mutual understanding in relationships and teams, is understood in many languages. That is why the wave also appears in the product’s icons and cards.
