# What does the Types tab show in my Empatyzer results?

The Types tab in Empatyzer uses situational typologies to name your predispositions, for example your likely role in a startup team (hacker, hustler or hipster) or your way of creating products, making decisions or building practical solutions.

The set of typologies does not have to be the same for every user. Each type is a shortcut for recognizing how you tend to act in a certain kind of situation, not a permanent label. Do not confuse this tab with the “Personality Types” tab in team views, which shows everyone as a mix of eight types.
