# What does Empatyzer’s Personality Types view show about an organization’s DNA?

Empatyzer’s “Personality Types” view shows where an organization and its departments cluster on the circle of eight types, for example closer to Innovators and Pioneers, to Analysts and Auditors, or to Companions.

It can show which departments experiment more readily, which prefer caution and precision and which build their work on relationships. That helps leaders see the variety of working styles and where strengths complement each other, without reducing anyone to one type or color. This is one of the everyday group views; the Organization DNA report is a separate, optional one-time report.
