# What does Empatyzer’s “Advice” tab show for both people in a relationship?

Empatyzer’s “Advice” tab shows guidance for both sides of a relationship: one column for you and one for the selected person. Each column covers what the other side likes, recommendations and what you have in common.

The second column shows the same relationship from the other person’s side, that is, the guidance Empatyzer would show them about working with you. The tab also shows how large the differences between you are, for example small, large or very large. Because the advice is symmetrical, neither side receives a hidden assessment of the other, and the focus stays on cooperation rather than on who is “the problem”.
