# What do organization statistics show in Empatyzer?

Empatyzer's organization Statistics section gives an aggregated, anonymous picture of how the product is used, for example how many people come from each department or level, activity over time and participation in successive actions.

A chart with circles, squares and connecting lines shows levels of engagement, and a legend explains the symbols. The statistics contain no conversation content and are not meant for tracking individual employees; they help HR and leadership see how the product is being adopted, not assess people.
