# What can I ask Em about in the “About me” mode?

In the “About me” context, Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, answers questions about you: your reactions, motivations and demotivators, internal tensions, talents, ways of thinking and deciding, and why certain situations or people affect you so strongly.

You can also ask about professional development, choosing a profession or work environment, and strengths you overlook because they feel like your everyday norm. Em uses your own profile here; to prepare a conversation with a specific person or a group, switch to the two-person or three-person icon in the left vertical menu. If the person cannot be selected there, you can still describe their behavior or paste a message to Em.
