# What can an organization administrator see in Empatyzer?

An Empatyzer organization administrator sees what is needed to run the organization: members, plan, structure, domains and aggregated usage statistics. Administrators cannot see members' conversations with Em, questionnaire answers or full assessment results.

This covers, in particular, members' names, email addresses and whether they have completed a given questionnaire, survey or task; the “Members” section also shows each person's join date. Organization statistics are aggregated and anonymous, and the optional Organization DNA report also uses group data only. Admin rights add no hidden insight: as a user, an administrator sees the same neutral collaboration guidance about colleagues as anyone else, within each colleague's privacy settings.
