# What assessment and development experience informed the creation of Empatyzer?

Before creating Empatyzer, Piotr Golczyk worked with many established assessment and development tools, including PI Behavioral Assessment, CliftonStrengths, Everything DiSC, MBTI, Hogan Personality Inventory, Insights Discovery and Lumina Spark, alongside nearly twenty years of managing people.

The list describes his background only: Empatyzer is not a version of any of these tools, and its results follow Empatyzer’s own definitions. Those tools have valuable uses, but in daily work he missed help with a specific relationship and situation at the moment of action. Empatyzer combines an in-depth assessment with Em’s support before a real conversation and personalized micro-lessons over time.
