# Should a hospital start Empatyzer with a single ward or with leaders from several units?

Empatyzer supports both starting points; choose the one that best prepares the decision your hospital will make after the pilot. A single ward gives a clear picture and fast feedback; leaders from several units show how preparation works between professions.

Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people, so plan each ward, team or project group in the pilot with at least five participants. Leaders from different units can be combined in a project group without changing reporting lines.
