# How should HR present Empatyzer to operators, supervisors and office employees?

Keep one explanation of Empatyzer for everyone and use examples that fit each group: a supervisor prepares feedback, an operator prepares to ask for clarification, and an office employee works through a dependency with another department.

Each group needs its own personal reason to use it: their own assessment, private conversations with Em, the AI coach, and personalized micro-lessons, not just a role in helping managers.
