# How long does an Empatyzer micro-lesson take?

An Empatyzer micro-lesson usually takes about two minutes to read, and the whole lesson, including its quiz question, should take no more than five minutes.

Most lessons have one quiz question, some have two. With two lessons a week, learning takes a few minutes a week, spread over many months instead of one long training session.
