Empatyzer supports human judgment by adding perspective, context and practical preparation, while the decision, the conversation and responsibility for the outcome stay with the person using it.

Em can help a manager or employee examine assumptions, consider the other person’s perspective and prepare clearer wording or questions. Empatyzer does not make decisions about people: it is not a tool for evaluating employees or for making recruitment or other HR decisions, and it does not replace HR procedures, therapy or medical decisions.
