# How does Empatyzer make sustained development easier for HR to run?

Empatyzer is designed to reduce the coordination burden of development. Managers and employees can use Em on demand, while personalized microlearning is released gradually in short pieces rather than requiring a large course to be scheduled for everyone.

Lessons arrive twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday, take up to five minutes with the quiz question and are released over many months, often 7–18. The plan is personalized to each person and their colleagues and is recalculated when their department, manager or team changes, so HR does not build or reschedule individual programs. An email with a short teaser and a link announces each new lesson, but lesson emails come for only one organization at a time: the one for which a person has selected “Receive email notifications”.
