Empatyzer complements clinical and technical competence systems: they define and track professional skills, while Empatyzer helps people talk about expectations, learning needs, feedback and cooperation.

Empatyzer works alongside competency frameworks, learning platforms, academies or coaching without replacing them. Em is available around the clock when a manager needs to discuss a skill gap or give feedback, and two short micro-lessons a week build communication skills and self-awareness over time.
