# How does Empatyzer complement leadership training?

Empatyzer extends leadership training into the moment of application. A workshop can teach a principle; Em can help a manager apply it with a specific person before the next real conversation.

Em is available around the clock, so help comes when a conversation is coming up, not only on training days. Micro-lessons arrive twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday, take up to five minutes and cover topics such as leadership, feedback, coaching and time management, chosen for the manager and the people they work with. Training and Empatyzer therefore work as complementary layers, not alternatives.
