# How can Empatyzer fit the workday of people who spend little time at a desk?

Empatyzer fits short gaps in operational work: after a one-time assessment, people turn to Em whenever a conversation needs preparing and read two micro-lessons a week, each taking up to five minutes.

The assessment usually takes 25–35 minutes in one go and can be paused, so plan a quiet moment for it. Em is available around the clock, on a phone or a computer, which suits shift work in hospitals and plants, including nights. On a shared computer, everyone signs in with their own account, and after a period of inactivity Empatyzer counts down five minutes and logs the user out.
