# How do micro-lessons relate to asking Em for immediate help?

Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, helps you prepare a specific conversation right away, while micro-lessons build the underlying skills gradually, at a pace of two short lessons a week.

Em is available 24/7 and focuses on the person, team or situation you select. The learning plan follows its own release schedule and develops self-awareness and soft skills over many months. Both use your assessment, so the immediate advice and the longer-term learning are tailored to how you work.
