# How do I report a bug in Empatyzer?

To report a bug in Empatyzer, click your photo or initials in the top right corner, choose “Leave feedback” and select the bug report option. Describe what does not work and send the report.

Empatyzer can attach technical information about where and when the problem occurred and a screenshot of your current screen, so the team does not have to recreate what you saw. You can untick the screenshot before sending.

## Steps

1. Click your photo or initials in the top right corner.
2. Choose “Leave feedback” at the bottom of the menu.
3. Select the bug report option and describe what does not work.
4. Decide whether to include the screenshot of your current screen and untick it if not.
5. Send the report: the team receives your description with the technical details.
