# How do I open the FAQ inside Empatyzer?

Click the speech bubble with a question mark near the bottom of Empatyzer’s left vertical menu. Em switches to the FAQ context, and a list of frequently asked questions appears on the right.

In the FAQ context you can open a question from the list or ask Em in your own words how Empatyzer works, for example about privacy, your account or a feature. The FAQ icon is not for feedback or bug reports: use “Leave feedback” in the menu under your photo or initials at the top right.

## Steps

1. Click the speech bubble with a question mark near the bottom of the left vertical menu.
2. Open a question from the list on the right, or ask Em your own question in the chat.
3. Em answers in the FAQ context and explains how the product works.
