# How do I choose a team, department, company or project group in Empatyzer?

Click the three-person icon in Empatyzer’s left vertical menu, then choose the group from the list above the chat; you can scroll the list or search it by name.

Teams are usually listed under the manager’s surname and department. The list shows the groups of the organization you are currently in; to see another organization’s groups, switch to it first by clicking your photo or initials in the top right corner and choosing it under “Your organizations”. Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people. In the “Similarity Map”, “Personality Types” and “Motivators” tabs, each colored dot is one person, and each person decides whether their name is shown with their dot.

## Steps

1. Click the three-person icon in the left vertical menu.
2. Open the list above the chat.
3. Scroll or type the name of the team, department, company or project group.
4. Select it: Em’s conversation context and the five tabs on the right switch to that group.
