# How could Empatyzer help newly appointed ward or clinical managers?

Empatyzer helps newly appointed ward and clinical managers prepare privately for tasks their clinical training rarely covered: giving feedback, setting expectations, delegating and talking within a strained working relationship.

HR can invite new managers as soon as they are appointed; Em, the AI coach, is available immediately, and neither HR nor the managers’ superiors can see their conversations. When a manager’s department, direct manager or team changes in Empatyzer, the micro-lesson plan is recalculated for the new environment. In team views such as “You compared with the team”, the manager can see how they differ from the new team; group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people.
